Not only can you now purchase smaller quantities, we are also offering substantial discounts as well as multiple options for you to choose from to imprint your own company logo or that of your clients. Need your items gift wrapped, or a special message attached, no problem…we can do that too! 

Details

1. Minimum order quantities will apply. Orders of less than the minimum quantity required will incur a small order administration fee.
2. Company logos can be debossed into our products. A one time fee is charged to create your company block. This charge starts at $75.00 per block but can be higher depending on the size of the logo. 
3. logo deboss is included in our item cost. Each additional deboss of the same logo will be charged at a rate of 0.50 cents per deboss. 
4. Artwork for your logo must be sent in a .pdf format.
5. Future orders with RKW will not incur additional charges for your logo unless the sizing of the logo is changed and requires a new block. 
6. All custom items quoted by RKW include shipping charges, by sea, from our factories to a specific port. Local delivery charges will be billed, as charged by the courier service, in order to get them to your specific location. Shipping items by sea requires 25-30 days and includes custom clearance time. Should you wish to expedite your items due to short time frames, we also offer to ship using Air Freight or Fed Ex services. For your convenience, we can provide estimates of these charges to you in our project quotes.
7. Custom orders must allow adequate delivery time as estimated below; however items will be shipped as soon as they are complete. 

Custom Order Timelines

At RKW, we work extremely hard to produce custom orders as quickly as possible while maintaining and ensuring the high quality and detail that we have become known for. 

As many elements can affect the time in which it takes to design, manufacture and deliver a custom product, we have detailed below example scenarios which will help you to estimate the time required for your custom order.

1. Custom order of items already designed and leather or faux leather colour in stock: 45 days from receipt of a Purchase Order, a .pdf file of logo to be debossed and a deposit of 50% of the purchase total.
2. Custom order of items already designed but with a custom leather or faux leather pantone #: 60 days from receipt of a Purchase Order, a .pdf file of logo to be debossed and a deposit of 50% of the purchase total. 

• Custom order of a new item: 90 days. A physical sample of the new item must be made and approved before production can begin. We can begin this process as soon as all the artwork for the new item is received. Once we receive your approval of the new sample, we will once again request an official Purchase Order, a .pdf file of the logo to be debossed and a deposit of 50% of the purchase total.

These are time-estimates only. Weather delays, high volume periods in our factory, and project size can all increase the time required to complete an order. We will definitely advise you, at the time of your inquiry, of any potential delays and provide an accurate delivery date for your specific project.  We take great pride in delivering our products on time and will do everything we can to ensure this!

Imprinting Methods

Although there are many ways to imprint logos onto our products, we want to ensure these methods maintain the level of quality that you have come to expect with RKW products. We are currently offering 3 imprinting methods but will continue to research new machines and options to expand our services in this area.

• Silk Screening - One of the most exciting developments regarding the imprinting of corporate logos into our products has been the silk screening method. Using this method, we no longer require minimum orders on items already existing in our inventory and turn-around times can be greatly reduced. Since our items are already in stock and the machinery in place, all we need is a jpeg, pdf or eps format of the desired logo and a free slot in the production line! Costs for this method include an $85.00 set-up fee per logo per location and a per item imprinting fee which will vary depending on the size and degree of difficulty of the logo. On average our imprinting fees will vary from $1.00 to $3.50 per item.
• Embroidered Patch- This is a classy and simple way to add your company logo to our products. We can customize leather or faux leather patch and stitching thread colour to match almost any corporate colour scheme. Ask us for more details!
• Embossing/Debossing Method-  This is a very subtle and classy way to imprint a corporate logo into our products and the method RKW has chosen to imprint our very own logo. As our manufacturing team is currently imprinting the logos at the time of production, this option is available to our custom order clients only.

Personalized Printed Insert or Note Card

For those of you with short time frames or a desire to not imprint our products with an additional logo, we also offer a personalized printed insert or note card option. Many companies prefer this option when simply purchasing high quality gifts for their employees or seasonal gifts for their best clients. Once again, this method requires no minimum orders and turn around times are greatly reduced!

Packaging & Gift Wrap Options

All of RKW products are elegantly wrapped in our personalized tissue paper and inserted into our beautifully customized red boxes. Other suggestions to customize our packaging include:

• Gift Bag & Tissue Paper- This option allows you to choose between offering an RKW gift bag and tissue paper & ribbon or to request your own colour palettes to match a company logo or colour scheme. Ask us about also incorporating a personalized logo and colour scheme onto the gift bag or ribbon!
• Gift Wrap- RKW can pre-wrap each of your gifts in an attractive red wrapping paper and silver ribbon or perhaps customize the colour to best suit your company logo or the season. Customized foil stickers can also be placed on the outside for added effect.

Whatever ever option you choose, we are always interested in working with you to find the best option for your time restraints and budget!

Shipping Methods

Whether you wish to have your items shipped to you, sent to your clients directly or even to an off-site location, please let us know and we will be happy to ensure it arrives on time and using the most affordable shipping option available. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of each order, the shipping method used and the end destination. These charges can be placed on your final RKW invoice or directly on your preferred courier account number.

Inventory Quantities

We strive to keep our products and colour selections in stock, however, these quantities do change on a daily basis as new orders are filled, new product colours become available and seasonal colours become out of date. We will do our very best to fill each order as requested or provide a viable solution to best meet your needs. We do suggest confirming your orders with one of our sales associates well in advance of your required ‘receive by date’ to ensure we can reserve your items in our system or manufacture them in time, if need be. We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if a secondary option must be presented. 

Required Payments

All orders must be paid in full before items are shipped. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production and the balance will be due before your items ship. Please speak with us if you wish to open a corporate account with a payment term of 30 days. This is subject to credit approval.
